Shipping/ Delivery

We know that once you have ordered your new window dressings you will be keen to fit them as soon as possible. Our blinds are custom built and are not generic off-the-shelf ready made like some of our competitors, which is why our delivery times may not be as quick as you may like.

If you live in the UK our custom built blinds will take 7 working days and can be delivered to an address of your choice.

Standard:Monday to Friday – £4.99 per order (Not per product). Items will be delivered between 7:30am and 5:30pm.

Not going to be home on the delivery date?

Not a problem! When you place your order you will be given the option of an alternative delivery address, you will also be given an additional information box to let us know if you have any specific instructions on where you require us to leave your delivery in case you are not available.

Please include a contact number so that our driver can contact you on should they have difficulty in finding your address.

If you have not left any instructions and you are not at home when your order arrives, the driver will leave a card.

As our blinds are made to measure we will only be able to exchange faulty goods.

Goods that are damaged in transit must be reported to the driver from the transit company at the time of delivery and to sunviewblinds within 5 working days of the actual delivery date.

Faults that are not evident during a reasonable inspection upon receipt of goods must be reported to sunviewblinds within 30 working days of the actual delivery date.
